COMECONNECTGROW

Grace Bible Church is a place where people can meet Jesus, engage in life-giving community, and feel welcome and at home.

Through worship, small group gatherings, special events, the Oakwood Community Table food bank, and more, we endeavor to create space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ and grow in their faith.

Our desire is to support and encourage each other as we live out God's love in the world around us.

Our commitment to the gospel of Christ calls us to:
Worship God
Serve Those in Need
Welcome the Curious
Sustain the Faithful

Everyone is welcome!

Donations for the Oakwood Community Table and Thanksgiving Harvest Display for October 11
The Oakwood Community Table provides food, in partnership with Harvest Manitoba to 15 households every 2 weeks. Typically there are 18-25 walk-ins (households that are not registered with Harvest Manitoba) who also show up in need of food. This is putting a significant strain on the foodbank as more shopping trips are needed in order to provide food for everyone who comes to the foodbank. A burst of food donations is exactly what is needed. The time is now! We are inviting you to bring non-perishable items for The Oakwood Community Table that will be used for our Thanksgiving display on the sanctuary platform. The following items are suggested:
Priority - bring separate items OR if you would like, make a kit.
Note the number of each item to  be included in a kit:
- Pasta (1)
- Canned: Veg, fruit, soup, spaghetti sauce, baked beans, and tuna (1 of each)
- Granola bars (3)
- Mr Noodles (1)
- Oatmeal packets (3)
- Toilet Paper Roll (1)
Bring your donations during the next few weeks and leave them in the gym or bring them on October 11 and add them to the display. Many thanks!
